​Mission

The mission of Patience Talent Agency is to encourage families and communities of all ages to develop ways to turn their talents, dreams, and skills into their future. Patience strives to create a family-friendly learning environment, create more job opportunities, and improved quality of living in neighborhoods and commercial areas. Our goal includes working with the City of Gary in assisting its residents with the freedom to imagine, create, and welcome learning new skills into their lives. Patience provides a professional work environment that is challenging, rewarding, creative, and respectful of ideas, and individuals. Our mission includes the development of a full line studio School of Arts, and a Cerebral Palsy Foundation (Limited Doesn’t Mean Can’t), where individuals of any age, disability, race, religion, or sex will be able to help one another hand and hand.
